For more than two decades Daniel M. Smith has
been using the medium of watercolors to capture special moments in the world of athletics. Known for his photo-realistic
style, Daniel has over 70 limited editions in circulation nationwide. Despite being nearly 10 years since
his art was last published (Peyton Manning), most people agree, his art is unmatched in the area of watercolor/photo-realism.
Daniel graduated from the University of Pacific in Stockton, CA, where he played football
and received his degree in Religious Studies. In 1990, he obtained a Masters in Biblical Studies from Dallas
Theological Seminary and began painting professionally just prior to graduation. Born and raised
